At Flyway Academy Institute of Airhostess Training, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or defer your enrollment. Below are the terms and conditions related to cancellations:
In the rare event that Flyway Academy Institute needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as low enrollment or operational issues), students will be notified in advance. In such cases, students will receive a full refund of any course fees paid. Flyway Academy is not liable for any additional costs incurred by students due to the cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must submit a written request to Flyway Academy Institute. The cancellation request should be sent to the institute via email or in-person at the nearest branch.
Within 7 Days of Enrollment: If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of admission, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid, minus a processing fee.
After 7 Days of Enrollment: If you cancel after the 7-day period, a partial refund will be provided. The amount refunded will depend on the course duration and the time of cancellation. A cancellation fee may be deducted from the total amount paid.
Post-Start of Course: Once the course has commenced, no refund will be provided. However, you may be eligible for a transfer or deferral depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of the institute.
If you are unable to continue the course due to unavoidable circumstances, you may request a deferral of your enrollment. Deferrals are subject to the approval of the institute and may incur an additional fee. You may be asked to submit relevant documents supporting the reason for the deferral request.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please note that any non-refundable charges, such as registration fees, examination fees, or any other administrative fees, are not eligible for a refund.
If you fail to attend classes without prior notice or a valid reason, your fees will not be refunded. Continued absenteeism may lead to disqualification from the course, and no refund will be provided under these circumstances.
